Monthly Reports

We send over a monthly update to ensure that we are on task with our clients.
Our monthly reports include:

• Repair Requests - submitted by the tenant.

• Tenant Comments - any feedback that we have received from our tenants.

• Bottom Line - total gross income of that month.

Property Valuation Tips

To maximize value, we will include tips to increase property value as well your monthly earnings. This would also include small things that may to be replaced in the near future to prevent our clients from having to spend all of their earnings on a large neglected repair.
